February 23, 2017 I usually do not post anything even slightly political, but I believe what has been going on in our country has increased stress and anxiety levels in many people. So, although this post may have a slightly political "tone" to it, the emphasis is on how we can take care of and nurture ourselves when living in stressful times. Last year studies were released that found high levels of toxins in teas. But, hey, there are poisons in our water, so…….
